As per Vedic Astrology, the third house of natal chart signifies application, correspondence, and enterprise.

If you have any one of the basic Yogas and the lord of the 3rd house either in exaltation or ‘Swagruhi’ or otherwise powerful, it may give success in IPO. If the Lord of the 3rd house is placed in the Ascendant, 7th house or in the 11th house it may also give success in IPO.

Speculation:
