Customers are requested to exercise due discretion and care while ordering reports, because once the report has been allocated to an astrologer for processing, no refund requests will be entertained. However, if you wish to cancel an order for a report, you can do so within one hour of placing the order, in which case you will have to e-mail our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Reports are delivered within 72 hours from the time the required inputs are provided by the user. Please check product page for exact delivery times.
The delivery time-frames displayed on our website are approximate, but we make every effort to strictly adhere to them. However, since these reports are personalized and manually prepared by our astrologers, sometimes human delays may become inevitable. Minor delays which are considered reasonable will not be treated as a basis for refunds. Also, refund requests for incorrect data provided by customers will not be entertained under any circumstances. You are therefore requested to double-check your data before providing it to us. Still, if you e-mail us at email@example.com within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider making the appropriate changes.
TALK TO ASTROLOGER MINUTES: Once you have paid for the minutes to speak to the astrologers, refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.

For delivery outside India:
Cancellation after placing an Order:- If a Customer has placed an order for Gemstone, Rudraksh, Yantra or Puja and he wishes to cancel the Order, then the Customer can request for cancelling the Order and request for refund within 48 hours of payment. No refund request will be entertained after expiry of 48 hours.
For Order Cancellation and Refund request, Customer needs to send an email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for cancellation.
Store Products are delivered within 10 days outside India, from the date of submission of input details. Delivery times depend on the customs process in your country. Please contact our Customer Support for any questions.
Due to regulatory constraints, we do not accept returns of physical products once order is shipped. We take utmost care to ensure that customers are kept informed about the order process along with photographs of the products. We have multi-level inspection of the products before shipping and every effort is made to ensure that you get the product as per your expectation and product description. In case of any discrepancy, please get in touch with our Customer Support before the product is shipped.
Please note that we buy authentic Gemstones, Rudraksha, and Yantras directly from the source and offer them at the best possible prices worldwide. We ship our products to many countries, each imposing its own customs duties and sales tax (VAT) on imports. We do not assume any responsibility for these duties and taxes because they are outside our control, and the customer will be responsible for them when the product is delivered.
Some countries levy a customs duty or other taxes on importing gemstones, rudraksha, yantras and/or jewellery. In most countries, import duty ranges around 1% only. It is entirely the responsibility of the buyer to settle with their own customs authority as these may vary from country to country and are beyond our control. Also, if any other taxes are being introduced in the future, it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to pay them.
You are advised to contact your local authorities or customs office for exact information. In case of any other queries, please reach out to our remedial Expert.
Note: If a customer cancels or refuses an international order after being DISPATCHED from our office, the customer will be responsible for any VAT or customs duties charged by their country when returning the package to us. Only after we receive the item will we refund the balance due to the customer after deducting all fees, duties, and VAT as per the refund policy.
For delivery within India:

Store Products are delivered within 7 days within India, from the date of submission of input details.
A refund will be issued through the same payment method that was used to make the payment, within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
Cancellation after delivery of Order:- After receipt of the product on delivery, and if there is any manufacturing defect of shipement damage in the product, then the Customer can request for replacement of the product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. No replacement request will be entertained after expiry of 48 hours.
For product replacement, Customer needs to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org alongwith the pictures of the defect or damage.
As our products are personalized and rituals are performed on behalf of the customer, we are unable to exchange the product for any reason. In case you wish to change your product, you may contact our Customer Support before we ship the product. Customer Support will let you know of the feasibility and additional costs, if any.
All returns/upgrades are at the sole discretion and case to case decision of the Management.
