Ganesha foresees President’s rule in Andhra Pradesh, or a change in leadership
As predicted by Ganesha earlier, the division of Andhra Pradesh to form a new Telangana state is fraught with danger, and can cause a lot of unrest and turmoil. It is already manifesting itself in the form of indefinite fasts being undertaken over the issue by Jagan Reddy and TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has called for a meeting to review the situation, even as the state is poised on a razor’s edge with anti-Telangana forces stepping up their protests on Monday. Shoot-at-sight orders have been issued in curfew-bound Vizianagaram in the wake of arson and violence. Ganesha again emphasizes, with the help of Vedic astrology, that the concerns of Seemandhara cannot be ignored and will have to be taken into account, and the Bill suitably altered. Also, there is a possibility that President’s rule may be imposed in the state, or there may be a change in its leadership.
When the formation of Telangana was formally announced on July 30th, 2013, the transiting Moon was in Bharani Nakshatra, in close conjunction with Ketu. Whereas, Saturn was aspecting the transiting Moon.
Hence, Ganesha predicts that the implications of this decision will remain extremely unpredictable as far as the state of Andhra Pradesh is concerned. Issues like the actual boundaries of the new State will certainly cause disputes and unrest. The sharing of common resources, particularly rivers and other water bodies may also become a major problem for the authorities. The division may again lead to a period of turbulence and agitation in the region.
At present Saturn-Rahu and Mercury are passing through the Swati Nakshatra in Libra sign. Solar eclipse in Libra on 3rd November 2013 and lunar eclipse in Aries on 18th October 2013 will have a significant impact on the Telangana issue. The current unrest in Seemandhra will impact the process of forming the Telangana Bill and there can be some modifications or changes to accommodate Seemandhra’s concerns in reference to electoral constituencies, judicial and statutory bodies and other administrative units. As the Oath chart of CM Kiran Kumar Reddy is also under severe afflictions, the last quarter of 2013 will be extremely challenging for the CM and the ruling Congress Government in Andhra Pradesh. Circumstances may force the Congress High Command to take important decisions to pacify the opposition as well as to control the law and order situation in Andhra. In this context, President rule or a change in the state’s leadership is also foreseen.
May Lord Ganesha bless the people and the whole world.
With Ganesha’s Grace,
The GaneshaSpeaks Team
