Surayaud welcomes Thaksin indirectly

Surayud Chulanont does not have any problem if Thaksin Shinawatra wants to return and he has confirmed this with the statement that “I want the country’s situation to return to normal soon and if Thaksin returns, there will be no problem,”

Astrologically, it is a question whether Thaksin will really return or not?

Thaksin is born on 26th July 1949 and in his Surya Kundli as per Vedic Astrology method, transiting Mars is passing through the 12th house of losses, where Natal Mars is placed. It is to be noted that Transiting Mars is retrograde but his Natal Mars is not retrograde. This factor indicates staying away situation, just like exile. Moreover, he is experiencing ‘second Saturn Return’ at present. Transiting Ketu and Saturn are passing over his Natal Venus which is 4th house Lord in his Surya Kundli. In a horoscope, 4th house signifies home, Saturn signifies slower processes or tranquillity and Ketu indicates ‘unfulfilled desires’. This clearly indicates that returning to Thailand would be slightly difficult for him, for now.
