After making his mark felt in exploration and refining industries, business tycoon Laxmi Mittal is now entering into the field of petroleum in order to make his presence felt in the hydrocarbons value chain. He signed an MoU with refiner maker Hindustan Petroleum, gas utility GAIL, north-east explorer Oil India Ltd. and French major Total for setting up integrated refinery-cum-petrochemicals complex at Vizag.
