Mr. Paul Wolfowitz’s resignation from The World Bank

Mr. Paul Wolfowitz, the World Bank President resigned over an ethics controversy regarding a generous promotion package for his partner. He was accused of arranging a special pay package for his personal companion. He was also in the picture in January 2007 wearing socks with huge holes near the toe. He has Moon in Scorpio with prominent Venus, which makes him passionate, possesive and secretive as well. His life tends to be sparked by intense feelings and strong attachments.
