Royal baby is born with a Scorpio Ascendant and the Lord of Ascendant Mars is placed in the 8th House.
His birth chart doesn’t have that royal element as such, however Venus placed in the royal sign Leo indicates that baby would go on to enjoy material pleasures that come attached with his royal status.
The Ascendant Lord Mars in the 8th House is in Rahu’s constellation Ardra and Rahu is placed in the 12th House with Saturn, which is in an applying aspect to Rahu.
