Distinct Dashas: Starry alignments that can cost you your job!

Someone so rightly said – ?Oh, give us the man who sings at his work!? We all have our different reasons for disliking some aspects of our work, assignments and jobs. Yet, losing a job can be traumatic. Leaving it by volition is a different story
altogether.

While at this article, we will talk of various astrological facets, which tend to affect one’s job security, and may even indicate a looming loss of
occupation. These planetary alignments are referred to as Dashas. Let’s begin by listing various reasons, which could lead to the loss of an
individual’s job –

(1) Closure of a company/establishment.

(2) Ailing health of the person.

(3) Misconduct of the person.

(4) Age of the person.

(5) Poor performance of the person.

(6) Non-productivity due to work-individual incompatibility.

(7) Transfer of the person.

(8) Unavoidable reasons.

(9) An unsatisfied employee who is generally frustrated with his work, and thus is unable to create a good rapport within the organisation.

Now, any of the above cited reason or incident is connected to a particular Dasha as well as a Transit – some specific alignment that will lead to such an event.

Also, it is noteworthy that unless the Sun passes through the Rashi or Nakshatra held by various dashaswamis, an incident will not take place. Note
that the Sun indicates a month, while the Moon indicates a day.

Let’s get to know which Houses in one’s natal chart are related to and significant for work, job, occupation, and keeping, leaving or losing a job.

(1) If a Lord or the Sub-lord of the 10th House is in a fixed sign, and also a significator of 6th House, the person will prefer to have a job.

(2) If a Lord or the Sub-lord of the 10th House is a significator of 2nd or 6th or 10th or 11th Houses, only then a person will do some work.

(3) If a Lord or the Sub-lord of the 10th House is a significator of 4th House, a person will work from home.

The Houses that are deemed as negative for job and occupation are 5th, 9th , 8th , 12th. Out of these, the 5th House, however, is said to augur well for small businesses like tuition classes at home, baby-sitting or cr?che etc. and similar jobs.

Dashas and operations of houses:
(1) If the dashas are operating the 5th and the 9th House, a person will leave a job or take voluntary retirement; normally it happens at an older age.

(2) If the dashas are operating the 5th and the 9th House, along with the 8th House, a person will be forced to leave a job.

(4) If the dashas are operating the 9th and the 12th House, along with the 8th House, a person will be forced to leave a job.

(5) If the dashas are operating the 5th ,8th ,9th and 12th Houses at a time, a person will have to bear a heavy financial loss, owing to his work.

(6) If the dashas are operating the 3rd,5th ,8th and 9th Houses at a time, a person will have to face a departmental enquiry at his/her workplace.

(7) If the dashas are operating the 5th and the 11th House, a person will go for voluntary retirement.

(8) If the dashas are operating the 6th and the 10th House, a person will change a job or may rejoin the previous job.

(9) If the dashas are related with Mercury, a person will go on changing jobs or go for multiple jobs at a time.

(10) If the dashas are operating the 5th and the 6th House at a time, the person will remain absent at work, without losing a job (normally this happens with players, artists and other creative people).

(11) If a Lord or the Sub-lord of the 10th House or a planet in the 10th House is getting placed in a Nakshatra of a Lord or the Sub-lord of the 8th
House or in a planet in the 8th House, the person will lose name and fame during the dashas related to the 8th House.

Possibility of getting compensation
on losing a job is also directly linked to a particular Dasha. This happens only when a Lord or the Sub-lord of the 8th House is a significator of either the 2nd, the 6th or the 11th House.
