Bhagwat Geeta Ke Shlok Aur Unke Arth

Knowledge of managerial skills is in the verses of the Gita

Gita Jayanti is celebrated on 18th December 2018. Many religious programs are also organized on this day along with Gita worship. During the war of Mahabharata, Shri Krishna preached to Arjuna, which is included in the Gita. At that time Shri Krishna’s Geetopadesh is also contemporary in the present context. The essence of life is in these verses and teachings of the Gita, from which we get information about food, a healthy body, discipline and attitude. Not only this, but they also provide information about success and managerial skills in the era of competition. Here we will know through some of the important verses and their meanings out of about 720 verses contained in 18 chapters of the Gita, how much they are related to our life and their importance.

Gita verses and their essence
Through the 16th verse of the sixth chapter of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, Shri Krishna has said about food and health. According to this, people who eat too much never reach their goals. Similarly, those who eat very little are also unable to complete their work, due to which they do not get success. This means that overeating can worsen our digestive system and cause problems like indigestion, constipation, and acidity.
Similarly, those who eat very little also have physical problems. Laziness and obesity increase due to more food, and then the body becomes weak due to less food.
Through the 23rd verse of the second chapter of the Gita, Shri Krishna has spoken about the eternal existence of the soul. The meaning of the verse is that the soul can neither be cut by weapons, nor can fire burn it, nor water can soak it, nor can wind dry it.
The results and importance of the present karma have been told through the 37th verse of the second chapter itself. Shri Krishna has told Arjuna that if you attain martyrdom in battle, you will get heaven and if you are victorious, you will enjoy the happiness of the earth. So get up, O Kauntey, and fight with determination.
In the 7th verse of the fourth chapter, Shri Krishna has spoken of taking an incarnation for the establishment of religion. He has said that whenever there is loss of Dharma and an increase in Adharma, then I incarnate for the upliftment of Dharma.

Through the 8th verse of the fourth chapter, Shri Krishna has said that I have been born in every age for the welfare of gentlemen, for the destruction of the wicked and for the establishment of religion.

The 47th verse of the second chapter is the basis of Karmayoga philosophy. According to the shloka, you have the right only to karma, but never in the fruits of karma. Therefore, do not work for the sake of getting the results, nor should you be attached to the work.

Tips for managerial skills are found from these verses of Gita

Shri Krishna says, O Dhananjaya (Arjuna), renouncing the urge not to act, having equal intelligence about fame and failure, doing yoga with yoga, because equality is called yoga. Meaning duty is religion and one should do one’s work without considering profit or loss.

A person without yoga has neither the intellect to decide nor the feeling in the mind. A man without emotion does not get peace and from where will he get happiness if he does not have peace. Control of the mind and senses is necessary for the attainment of happiness.

The person who renounces all desires and desires and performs his duties without affection and ego, only he gets peace.

No man can live even for a moment without doing action. All beings are subject to nature and nature gives their results by getting them to act according to her own accord.

Shri Krishna says, do your work according to your religion as prescribed in the scriptures, because doing the action is better than not doing work, and by not doing work, the body will not be nurtured.

A wise man should not create confusion in the intellects of the ignorant who are attached to actions, that is, disbelief in actions, but should be established in the form of God Himself, doing all deeds well and getting them done the same way. That is, the person who becomes the source of inspiration for others through his actions is the best and he gets success.
