• Due to the Moon-Rahu conjunction, the market and Nifty will cause more confusion.
• One thing is clear about the opening—today’s start is not at all reliable; therefore, it is advisable to just observe the screen for the first 10-15 minutes.
• 09:15 to 10:15: During the initial hour, downside pressure on Nifty may increase. The market will attempt to sustain at higher levels, but sellers will appear active on every bounce, causing the movement to look weak and tilted towards the downside.
• 10:15 to 11:15: Following the weakness of the first slot, recovery momentum may build in Nifty. Buyers will try to gain a grip, and an upside push could be seen in the index. Short-covering may also support this move.
• 11:15 to 14:00: After a strong bounce, the market may remain flat to slightly soft in the afternoon. Neither the strength of buyers nor sellers will be visible, resulting in a slow and neutral trend. It is appropriate to avoid large trades here.
• 14:00 to 15:30: In the final part of the day, Nifty may again adopt a mildly positive stance. A steady up-move driven by slightly better buying and short-covering may be seen, through which the closing tone will attempt to remain decent.
