Yin/Yang is a Taoist concept that has its roots in China. It is a combination of Yin and Yang. Yin is a slow and balanced practice that is feminine, balanced and internal, and Yang (Hatha) masculine, external and warming.

Yin and Yang are two forms that complement each other and are interdependent as well. One cannot exist without the other.

It is a practice that is a balance of spiritual and physical. A type of Yoga practised for increasing strength and flexibility along with internal calmness.

With this Yoga, you get the goodness of both in one; it is vital and has the benefits of holding dynamic yoga poses.

Yin and Yoga is a comparatively calmer and slower practice held for a longer duration. It works in the depth of our bodies within the tissues and joints of the body.

Yin and Yoga both need to be practised to maintain balance. Yin and Yang can be practised both at the same time within the same schedule.
