Step One: Relax
The first step in the law of attraction meditation is to relax every part of your body, one by one. Begin with the top of your head and relax it, then move on to your forehead and relax it, going from the front to the back and, if possible, the center. Then relax your eyes, the area around your eyes, then your nose, below your nose, then your lips. Focus on each area one at a time, relaxing all of the muscles you can.
You can work both arms and legs at the same time if it is convenient. Lastly, relax all the way to your toes from the top of your ankle.
Then scan the whole body from top to bottom, calming any stressed areas. This should take no more than five minutes.
Step Two: Focus
Next, divert all your attention to the feel of the oxygen when you inhale and exhale from your nose. Study how do you feel? What do you notice? Normally, breathe in and out of your nose but fixate your mind, and watch out for all the sensations that you feel when you breathe through your nose. This step should be done in approximately five minutes.
Step Three: Open Your Heart
The manifestation meditation is very powerful, and you won’t want that this power is used to promote anything evil. So to avoid any negative kind of vibes, you need to open up your heart. Repeat this for five minutes in your subconscious mind, “I open my heart. My heart is open. I am good, I do good, and I am loved.” To make it sound as if it’s not forced, you can innovate and add your own phrases. For instance, “I am honourable. I’m being taken care of. I care about others. I love myself. I love others and everything around me.”
This may feel somewhat ‘out there,’ but meditating on these phrases actually changes our body physiology. Law of attraction meditation helps us to focus more on the immune system, relax it, and strengthen it. Do this for five minutes, too.
Step Four: Manifest
After the three stages, you are now ready to begin to manifest. It is suggested to start with one or two targets, and gradually you can work your way up to as many as you want. It is advised to take ten at the most!
You can aim to raise more money for your new venture, to continue to pursue your dream career, to fall into love, and to improve your relationship with your team – whatever you want! After spending five minutes on your first dream you can move to the second one.
