Unlike allopathy, Ayurveda does not focus on medicines after the diseases. Its primary focus lies in prevention and therefore the procedures involve healing and purification.
Ayurveda is a branch of Science with a huge database that is much more than just healing. It is about making the right choices in terms of diet and lifestyle to develop or rather maintain the natural balance of life and preventing diseases.
Human beings are regarded to have a unique aspect of astronomical consciousness which is revealed through elements such as water, fire, earth, air, and ether. These elements make a combination that is developed in the body as body types or Doshas.
