Flowery Feng Shui tips which can blossom your life

Feng Shui is an ancient method of divining good and bad forces and is gaining in popularity. To invite the flow of positive energy many people rearrange their homes and offices according to the guidelines of Feng Shui. Harnessing or altering the positive energy or Chi can be ushered in by natural flowers and plants.

Following are some suggestions to improve your surroundings with flowers and plants:

1.A white vase with red or pink fresh flowers on the bedside table will always keep romance blossomed in your life.
2.Jasmine which signifies friendship is a good gift to take when visiting someone.
3.Peonies strengthen male energy - one species is known as Male Vermilion. They are emblems of loyalty and affection and can strengthen the heart and prevent blood disorders and congestions. Peonies with plenty of flowers and leaves are givers of good fortune.
4.Chrysanthemums usher laughter and happiness in your home. The Chinese have beautiful names for them such as Heaven full of Stars or Drunk with Wine made from the Peaches of the Immortals. Chrysanthemums are associated with a life of relaxation and retirement.
5.The Narcissus is known as the Water Fairy. Grown from bulbs and forced into bloom exactly at the new year it brings good luck for the next twelve months.
6. The lily which is considered as one of the eight treasures is also regarded as an emblem of summer and abundance and they are very propitious flowers to have in the house.
7.You should have at least one big plant in each room to freshen up the atmosphere, clean the air and invite positive energy.
8.The color green indicates growth. Green plants reflect peace and harmony and have the ability to ease troubled minds. They alleviate stress and represent balance, harmony and peace.
9.Spiky plants can bring bad or negative energy but they can also reactivate areas of sluggish energy in the home, thus circulating Chi around.
10.Round-leafed plants encourage good energy and fetch good fortune. Jade plants or money trees are very auspicious.
