Only the second woman to become the chief minister of Delhi, Sheila Dixit is one amongst the few Congress leaders who has scripted a success story for her party. Her able governance, clean image and transparent work ethics has won her voters' confidence. No wonder Dixit won a third chief ministerial term in the November 2008 Assembly elections.

While the chief minister has changed the face of Delhi by giving it swanky metro rails and fabulous flyovers, there are scores of Delhiites who still complain about lack of basic amenities like clean drinking water or regular supply of electricity.

With BJP fielding fresh faces like Vijay Goyal, Chetan Chauhan and Jagdish Mukhi to revive its prospects in the national capital during the coming Lok Sabha elections, are there chances that a  surprise anti-incumbency factor may work against Sheila Dixit? • Sun, the planet of power and politics, is placed in the 10th House itself, making her chart very powerful.
• The exchange of Houses between the Lord of 9th House, Saturn with the Lord of 10th House, Jupiter is a spectacular astrological phenomenon and has played a significant role in her political success.
• The Ascendant Lord Mercury is placed with Venus and Mars, which is another prominent yoga in her chart that makes her an excellent strategist and an impressive orator. It is the influence of Venus-Mars-Mercury that makes Sheila Dixit famous for her humanity and charisma.
