Silver Outlook for 2009
Introduction: Silver had seen great heights in 2008. It was at the average rate of Rs. 25,000/- per Kg with volume trades. Then it came down to Rs. 20,000/- by mid August 2008 and is at Rs. 21,000/- while this is being written. Ganesha looks at the outlook of Silver in 2009.

Trading strategies based on this are not advised

Observation
January 19 to January 31 seems to be a continuously bullish phase on an average.

January 31 to February 21 seems to be a very bearish phase.

From February 21 to March 29 with sliding down and climbing up, it will be erratic and may search for a footing.

March 29, 2009 to April 30, 2009 will be a strong phase as the trend will be a one way upside rally.

May 4 to June 4 will be a bearish phase.

August 25 to September 16 will be a strong bull-run.

November 18 to November 24 will be a strong week due to silver rising up to newer levels.

December 3 to December 18 may be a reactionary time.

The last week of 2009 will again experience a bullish trend.

Ganesha has calculated the above dates based on the transits of major planets. Some variation in strength or days extended or shortened should be expected due to transit of smaller planets.

Summary
Ganesha also would like to add that as there are almost 6 Lunar eclipses in 2009, Silver will be mostly on the upward trend. One may see new all time highs of Silver in 2009.

Wishing all a Silver trading
