RCom-MTN merger may be traded on LSE after some time

Introduction:Anil Ambani led Reliance Communications(RCom), is in talks with MTN to form a telecommunications company valued at about $70 billion. According to industry sources, Reliance Communications (RCom) and MTN Group are exploring the possibility of a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for the merged entity, in case the proposed reverse merger takes place. Both the companies are trying to close the deal on a reverse merger, under which RCom would become a subsidiary of the MTN Group and its chairman Anil Ambani would hold 28-30 percent in the merged entity. This would make Ambani - who holds 66 per cent in RCom - the largest shareholder in the merged firm.

Reliance Communications (formerly Reliance Infocomm), along with Reliance Telecom and Flag Telecom, is part of Reliance Communications Ventures (RCoVL). According to National Stock Exchange data, Anil Ambani controls 66.75 per cent of the company, which accounts for more than 1.36 billion shares of the company.Reliance Infocomm is an Indian Tecommunications company. Further Lords of the 6th and 7th house are also posited there. In the London Stock Exchange RCOM may have benefits of listing. But the transit of Ketu may delay the finalising of the deal. The transit of Jupiter from the fifth house may play a significant role in the finalization of the deal.
