Outstanding or ordinary? Ganesha predicts Brendan Taylor's performance.
Year 2004- It was the time when many of Zimbabwe's leading players rebelled against Zimbabwe Cricket and decided not to represent the side. It was an emergency for Zimbabwe Cricket, and to repair the damage, they roped in many young players. Brendan Taylor, who was just 18 then, was one of them. But this young, talented all-rounder has justified his selection time and again, and is one of the most experienced player in the team today. Behind the stumps or in front of it, Brendan has the knack of handling tricky situations. In 2005, when Tatenda Taibu, the then wicket keeper, surprised everyone by announcing his retirement, Brendan Taylor was the selectors' first choice, and Taylor kept the wickets for his country for two long years until Taibu dramatically returned to the team in 2007. One of the most dependable batsman in the team, he has 11 ODI half-centuries to his name, and a top score of 145*.

He is one of the batsman Zimbabwe can depend upon. Will we get to see the all round performance he is known for? Will he, once again, prove to be the man the team can look upto when in trouble? Ganesha finds out with the help of Vedic astrology.

For Brendan Taylor, Ganesha notes that there is Stellium of Sun, Mercury and Venus in Capricorn in his chart. This group of planets indicates that he is a very hard working player. As Mars is in Scorpio, he is a batsman with lot of energy. Mars conjunct Saturn gives him due maturity to handle difficult moments of the game. Ganesha notes that transiting Mars and Pluto's Mid point is going to act in Brendan's favour till 3rd March. Therefore, his performance will be good till then. However, in matches scheduled after 3rd March, he wouldn't be able to perform well. He might not score so well in matches after 3rd March. He will have to be extra careful as his wicket would also become very vulnerable post 3rd March. In short, Brendan Taylor's stars are in his favour till 3rd March, 2011 due to which his performance before that will be good. But post this date, he wouldn't be able to play so well.
