Barring a match or two, Sangakkara to shine at the World cup, predicts Ganesha.
World cup is just around the corner and all the captains have already pulled up their socks to make their respective teams, the unbeatable one. And so has Kumar Sangakkara, captain of team Sri Lanka. Ranked third Test batsman in the world, he is known for his consistent batting and outstanding performance. This left-handed top order batsman began his career as a wicket-keeper, but eventually gave it up and started concentrating only on batting. Talking about his personal interests, he is often considered to be ambidextrous as currently he is pursuing law. As a responsible sports-person, he is also doing his deed of creating awareness regarding HIV/AIDS, along with Virender Sehwag.

Ganesha finds out with the help of Vedic Astrology, the performance of this versatile cricketer in the upcoming World cup.

The transiting Sun, Mars and Jupiter will be in favour of Sri Lankan Captain Kumar Sangakkara during the 2011 World Cup. He will be in good form against Pakistan and his contribution with bat will be very useful for team Sri Lanka. Innings packed with power and performance can be expected from him against Australia. He will be in great touch against Zimbabwe and expected to play big innings. However, his performance will be average in quarter-finals. But, he will come out with flying colours during the semi-finals. If Sri Lanka manages to reach the finals, he may play well, but with a slow pace, which may result into not-so-great innings for the Captain.

May Lord Ganesha bless him!

With Ganesha's Grace,
